We did some more printing recently, this time with duplo blocks. I thought Sprout’s paper would end up covered in a rainbow of circles from the top of the bricks, but she cleverly turned them over and printed lots of squares too! We ended up with a brilliant piece of geometric artwork which is stuck on our kitchen wall.
We started with coordinating plates, paint and bricks so we could clearly identify which colours we were using. It was a great chance to use her tuff tray, because it was on the floor she could move freely around and print at will! Sprout also enjoyed washing her bricks when we were all done.
