I made some simple Valentine’s Day cards, inspired by our handmade wedding invitations. If you would like to make your very own, all you need is some ink, a piece of card and your favourite pen to write a message inside!
To make your very own heart fingerprint card you will need some lovely card, some Versacraft ink and something to wipe your hands on!
Simply press your finger into the ink and then onto the card lightly, at an angle like in the photo below. If you press down too hard you won’t get the detail in your fingerprint. It’s always good to try this out on a scrap piece of card first to get the pressure right. Then print another fingerprint for the other side of the heart, lining up the bottoms and overlapping at the bottom.
Write a sweet message inside and you have a lovely handmade card! Happy making!

Thank you sweetie!
You’re more than welcome! :-)))
What a great idea! Inspired by you and just made one for our anniversary. I didn’t have an ink pad so I used a sharpie, and added some doodles too. Take a look!
