A lovely friend surprised me with a small piece of Liberty fabric. I recently taught her to stitch paper pieced patchwork and when she saw this fabric, she thought that it would look perfect in my heirloom quilt. I was so touched that someone I had taught wanted to contribute to my quilt. Thank you Emma, I love it, it is perfect and I managed to get twelve hexagons from your gift!
