I am always looking out for things to make my niece and Christmas was no exception! I wanted to sew her something lovely and cosy for wintry Sunday afternoons spent with her Mum and Dad. I started looking for a dressing gown pattern and found a fantastic tutorial by Melly Sews. The instructions were very easy to follow and it is sized from 18 months to 8 years. You can make it up in jersey or fleece so it is suitable for all year round, I picked a super soft purple fleece with little white spots!
