The Summer Tea party will be taking place on Sunday the 10th of June at Like a Teatray in the Sky. After eating a delicious afternoon tea, guests will be making something which contains all my favourite things – felt, buttons and a bit of stitching! We are going to be making some lovely felt pinwheels, as shown below. They can be added to stems and arranged in a vase as the perfect everlasting display or sewn onto a brooch back and pinned onto your favourite jacket. Whatever you choose to do with them, they are a lovely summery thing to make. There will be a large selection of different felt for you to choose from and of course many buttons to adorn your finished piece with.
Tickets are £25 each, that includes afternoon tea, endless tea to drink and all materials. Lunch is served at 1pm and the afternoon ends at 4pm. If you would like to book a place then please email me at contact@georginagiles.co.uk for more details.
Ahh how pretty are they! I love the colours you have picked.
Thank you 🙂 I used wool felt as well which is so lovely to work with.
I love your windmill idea – if I were closer, I’d definitely do the workshop!
Thank you! Where abouts are you based?
Wow that’s so pretty! Wish I could go!
